By signing the above agreement:

You are granting "Who Are We TV" an all-encompassing, perpetual, never-ending, eternal, forevermore, everlasting, non-exclusive, in-perpetuum (that means for keeps), rights to:
reproduce (don't worry we only practice safe reproduction), modify, copy, republish, upload, post, transmit (we try not to transmit anything), distribute or basically do anything we want, in any way with the “TV design” you have (unwittingly)submitted to us.

In addition, you also agree to the following:

Any future thoughts, notions, imaginings, musings, ideas,or concepts, you may or may not have, from time to time (or out of time for that matter), are now owned by Who Are We TV and therefore may not be expressed, in any way, other than mime of course (I mean who understands that anyway), to any sentient life form, with the exception of worms, (actually any creatures without eyes are OK) without the expressed written permission from the President of "Who Are We TV" or GOD , whoever you consider more important. (By the way, God is very busy, and personally doesn't like to write things down very much. So, she-he-it-IAM, usually just dictates messages to divinely inspired human beings and leaves it up to them to disseminate the important matters of creation, life purpose, etc... to the masses in whatever manner they see fit).

If your TV design is accepted and used in the site you retain the right to tell everyone you know about www.WhoAreWeTV.com and encourage them to visit the site often.
